When you sign up for one of our maintenance packages we will reserve a block of a designers time once per month to be at your disposal. This time is used for updating text pages, creating promotional graphics, adding new pages to highlight new aspects of your business, and more. Each month we will contact you to request your updates, or you may contact us when you need immediate updates. Once your request for an update has been received; the changes will be made within 24 hrs of the request, submitted for your approval, and updated to your live site. We will review your requests and determine if they can be completed as part of your contract.
